You'll help the right luxury brands discover us and start a conversation. That means researching prospects across Europe, the UK and the US, finding the relevant people and securing meetings. You'll also write for the agency and for me on LinkedIn and X.

The work, and the room around it.
You’ll work closely with Léon, the founder. We value experience you can put into practice, clear communication and the curiosity to try useful tools, including AI. Some routines exist; others need building. You will have room to shape them.
Time together. Flexibility around it.
Our base will be a WeWork office in Bengaluru. Remote work is part of the arrangement, with regular in-person time required: around half of monthly working time, and potentially more at the beginning.
Compensation
A fixed salary plus an agreed commission on revenue from clients you source. We will agree the structure together before you join.
