You'll make measurement dependable: implementing tags, checking events and consent behaviour, diagnosing problems and explaining what the numbers mean. We need someone who has found and verified real fixes.

The work, and the room around it.
You’ll work closely with Léon, the founder. We value experience you can put into practice, clear communication and the curiosity to try useful tools, including AI. Some routines exist; others need building. You will have room to shape them.
Time together. Flexibility around it.
Our base will be a WeWork office in Bengaluru. Remote work is part of the arrangement, with regular in-person time required: around half of monthly working time, and potentially more at the beginning.
Compensation
A fixed salary plus an agreed performance bonus. We will discuss expectations and agree the structure before you join.
